How long does a typical pilot take?[01]
Most customers connect in minutes, and you enforce policy when you are ready. We scope and support every pilot directly.
Do you offer a free trial?[02]
The Starter plan is free with no card required. Growth plans include a 14-day free trial. Enterprise pilots are 30 days with a dedicated solutions engineer.
Can you deploy inside our VPC?[03]
Yes. Enterprise customers run Obiguard inside their own VPC from private container images with a Docker Compose quickstart. Outbound traffic is limited to the model providers and services you configure. Fully air-gapped operation is on the roadmap.
How fast do you respond to inbound?[04]
Sales and demo requests are responded to same business day. Technical questions within 24 hours. Emergency response is available for Enterprise customers on SLA.
