ModelsOpen and private models, built for Malay, English and mixed text

Small models for
AI governance, that
run where your data is.

Specialist models that find personal data and judge text against your policies. Use them inside Obiguard, call them as a cloud API, or run them on your own servers.

01
Built into Obiguard

Turn a model on as a guardrail in the portal. No endpoint to manage, and it is covered by your plan.

Best for: Teams that do not have data-residency limits.
See guardrails →
02
Cloud API

Call any available model over an HTTP API. Try it, test it against your own samples, or use it in your own workflows.

Best for: Developers and teams testing before they commit.

03
On-prem

Run the same models inside your network, with the same API. Only the endpoint URL changes.

Best for: Banks, telcos, government and anyone who needs data to stay put.

The models

Pick the one
for the job.

Every available model comes as a cloud API and for on-prem. Start with the cloud API to test on your own samples, then move inside your network when you are ready. Models marked Planned are on the roadmap.

Which models can I download?[01]
obi-lookout is open and published on Hugging Face. obi-sieve and obi-warden are private: you can call them through the cloud API or run them on-prem under a licence. Models marked Planned are on the roadmap and not released.
Does my data leave my network on-prem?[02]
No. On-prem models run entirely inside your environment and need no outbound connection. The cloud API is for data you are comfortable sending to us, and we recommend synthetic or non-sensitive samples for testing.
How do I move from the cloud API to on-prem?[03]
The API is the same. You point your application at your own endpoint instead of ours, and nothing else in your code changes.
What languages do the models cover?[04]
Malay, English, and the two mixed in one text, as people write messages and emails. Check each model's benchmark for the exact coverage and its limits.
Are the models a replacement for a compliance review?[05]
No. They screen and produce evidence for your compliance team. A person still signs off.
