Yes — annual billing saves 15% across Standard and Pro. Enterprise pricing is negotiated annually and already reflects volume discounts.
What happens if I exceed my monthly request limit?[03]
On Standard and Pro, additional requests are billed at $0.01 each. You can set a hard cap or alert threshold in the dashboard. The Developer plan queues excess requests to the following month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?[04]
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next renewal date. No lock-in on Standard or Pro — cancel anytime.
What is included in the Enterprise POC support?[05]
Enterprise customers get a dedicated solutions engineer for the POC period, security review documentation, integration support, and a scoped pilot plan. Most go live within 30 days.
