A configuration push to the us-east-1 inspection cluster caused a 2× increase in p95 latency between 14:02 and 14:25 UTC. p50 and p99 were unaffected. The configuration was rolled back and root cause was identified as a thread-pool misconfiguration in the streaming path. No violations were missed during the incident.
A dependency upgrade to the webhook delivery service introduced a queue misconfiguration that delayed webhook delivery by up to 11 minutes. Inspection and policy enforcement were unaffected. All queued webhooks were delivered in order after the fix was applied.
